【舒適+操控,誰說魚與熊掌不能兼得?】
避震器要兼顧舒適與操控,過去就像是魚與熊掌不可同時兼得,但這個舊有既定的印象已被AGT打破。AGT倒插式避震器結構為單筒式,阻尼油與高壓氣體分離讓散熱性更好,不會產生油氣混和熱衰退現象。在嚴苛的環境使用下,仍可發揮高水準的穩定性能。但單筒式缺點在於耐用度較為不足。
為了改善單筒式避震器耐用度,AGT避震器特別設計成倒插式樣,其與傳統正插避震器,差別在於筒芯的粗細,筒芯愈粗愈能抵抗前後拉扯的剪力,耐用度大幅提升,特別適合環境嚴苛的拉力賽或甩尾賽上。一般車輛在轉向時,避震器活塞桿的頂端會跟著旋轉,激烈操駕會對前避震器的活塞桿,產生較大的拉扯力進而影響壽命。倒插式設計就是將筒身倒裝,使得避震器活塞桿可以只處理減震的工作,遠離容易發出高溫的煞車系統,防止阻尼油溫度過高產生效能衰退的現象,進而提高耐久性減少效能衰退。
